Please know sales of original paintings use a FARE Contract. The Contract enables me to maintain a record of ownership each time the work is sold or transferred. It has terms that support the long term stability and growth of my practice. A Collector benefits in that they will have an equitable and ongoing relationship with me; the assurance that the work is being used in accord with my intentions; and, if the terms of the Contract are adhered to, a clear chain of authorship and ownership of the work (provenance).
